Xbox 360 Repair - 3 Things To Try Before You Get Xbox 360 Repair!

Xbox 360 Repair is all over the net at the moment with Microsoft saying they will repair Xbox 360's for free if they suffer from the infamous 3 red lights error.

Although I have written this blog post to tell you a few things you can try before you have to get Xbox 360 Repair and how you might be able to save the console!

The first thing you can try before you go looking for Xbox 360 Repair is to check that the console is well ventilated and has another airflow on each side, as one of the major reasons that people find themselves needing Xbox 360 Repair is because of overheating.

As long as it has enough air and is not locked in a display cabinet that should be fine!

Another good idea is to make sure that you have the actual power brick up off the floor!

I know it sounds mad but it worked for me and the reason is that the power brick needs to have air too and if it is up off the floor this allows it to get maximum airflow and can help prevent the need for Xbox 360 Repair and also game freezes.

The last thing you can try that I know of before you go and seek Xbox 360 Repair is to make sure that you get yourself a Nyco Intercooler, I got one and this helped keep the console free from dust and getting too hot as well.

There have been some bad reports about the Intercoolers but I for one have never had a problem!

So try the steps above and that should help prolong the life of your Xbox 360.

If you already have the three red lights of death, Don't worry you can perform Xbox 360 Repair at home and with household items.

Well the good news is you can perform Xbox 360 Repair yourself if you know what you are doing as the reason you may find that you need Xbox 360 Repair in the first place is because of the console overheating and the motherboard warping a bit!
